Mastroberardino was founded in the 1750's. Located in Campania, Italy's southwest, it is still family owned/operated to this day. It is famous for saving Italy's indigenous varietals such as fiano, greco and aglianico, even when grapes such as merlot and cabernet were more fashionable and higher-yielding. It was up until the 1990's that Mastro was the only winery working with these ancient varietals in the area. Thanks to the late Antonio Mastroberardino's enormous contribution and dedication to these grapes, we can still enjoy them today. How's that for street cred?

The Bianco is a blend of all 4 ancient varietals indigenous to Campania: coda di volpe, greco, fiano and falanghina. We know that's a mouthful but don't worry-just sit back, drink and enjoy as this wine whisks you away to the sunshine of south of Italy. A steely and minerally medium-weight white, pair this with a light seafood pasta or shrimp & dill flatbread.
